Sunbed area with infinity pool and magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding nature, open from May to September. To guarantee a quiet and relaxing environment, the swimming pool is reserved for guests of the country house and open to a limited number of external people who benefit from the light lunch package, to be checked in advance based on availability and with reservations required. The sun bed and towel are included for guests.

Tasting itineraries of fine extra virgin olive oils and wines from our production with a visit to the Agrivar winery. The spaces are built according to the canons of semi-underground architecture and created using natural materials, such as olive wood and red bricks, perfectly integrated in the surrounding nature.

The tasting room is open from Wednesday to Sunday to offer guests a unique experience discovering our EVO oils and wines: Chardonnay, Classic method sparkling wine, Pinot Noir and Sangiovese Superiore. During the summer, the panoramic terrace offers wonderful views of the vineyards.

In the beautiful setting of the Bolognese hills you can enjoy outdoor activities and go on nature excursions such as walking among the olive groves and vineyards up to the wonderful natural Anfiteatro sul Lago, an exceptional location which has already hosted several events linked to the world of wine tourism, such as concerts and an open air cinema with tasting. The countryside around the Country House Oliveto sul Lago is ideal for those who want to spend pleasant moments in the nature. A few steps away,  the guests of the Country House can enjoy at special rates all Palazzo di Varignana services: a true oasis of relaxation in the over 4,000 m2 of Varsana SPA, golf driving range, tennis, squash, basketball and paddle courts and various walking or cycling routes.
