With Agrivar, the farming estate of Palazzo di Varignana, guests can take part in guided sensory tastings of monocultivar extra virgin olive oil (Brisighella DOP, Vargnano, Stiffonte, Pandesco) and organically produced estate wines, with a guided tour of the semi-underground cellar built in olive wood and local red brick. A transfer service from the Country House to the Winery is available upon request.
Immersive walks through olive groves and vineyards lead to the natural lakeside Amphitheatre — an exclusive venue that has hosted and continues to host open-air concerts and cinema screenings with food and wine tastings. Walking and cycling routes are available on request at the reception.
