The restaurant at Country House Oliveto sul Lago offers seasonal, zero-kilometre cuisine with fresh ingredients from the estate’s own production: monocultivar extra virgin olive oil, wines, jams and garden produce.
The light-filled dining room features wide windows overlooking the surrounding olive grove and can accommodate up to 130 guests, while retaining the warmth of an intimate, welcoming dinner. For those who enjoy dining outdoors, an outdoor terrace is available with a panoramic view over the pool and the Bolognese Hills.
The menu changes with the seasons, following the rhythm of fresh, available ingredients — an authentic experience of the gastronomic tradition of the Bolognese Hills in Varignana, near Bologna.
Oliveto sul Lago is happy to welcome you into its restaurant, nestled in the hills and surrounded by our olive trees, offering the opportunity to enjoy a suggestive panorama while savoring local cuisine prepared with 0 km products.
The bright central room is characterized by large windows overlooking the olive grove and can accommodate up to 60 people, maintaining the pleasure of an intimate and family dinner. For those who love eating outdoors there is the possibility of enjoying lunch or dinner in our outdoor space overlooking our enchanting swimming pool.
You can find us for dinner from 7.30pm to 10pm from Wensday to Saturday; we are also open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 12.30pm to 2pm.
