The interiors of the Country House Oliveto sul Lago combine contemporary style with the antique style of the furniture. The finishes, the open spaces, the soft colours, the large windows and the modern central fireplace that dominates the main room, blend harmoniously with the period furnishings and the warm tones of the olive wood parquet.
The guest, as soon as he arrives at Oliveto sul Lago, is immediately greeted by a pleasant sensation: upon entry, the reception, next to the corner bar, overlooks the living area divided into a lounge and breakfast room, illuminated by a spectacular window with overlooking the olive grove and equipped with an outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying a relaxing breakfast outdoors during summer days. The outdoor garden offers a space of approximately 200 m2 for outdoor events for up to 130 people, an infinity pool with sunbeds that can be used from May to September with a magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding nature.

Sensory tastings of EVO oil and own-produced wine on the farm and in the cellar. The restaurant offers typical Emilia Romagna products, fresh and chosen according to season.

Continental style with homemade desserts, juices and jams of our own production, as well as fruit and vegetables from our farms and cured meats and cheeses from local companies.

Outside pool
The panoramic swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September. Use is free for farm guests.
Agri-food products
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of a meticulous pressing and milling process that brings authentic flavor and superior quality to your table. Three Monocultivars Claterna Biologico, obtained exclusively from the Ghiacciola cultivar, Vargnano Brisighella DOP and Stiffonte from the Correggiolo cultivar and two blends – Blu and Verde Biologico, the result of the fine selection of multiple cultivars.
Our winery presents, alongside native vines, such as Sangiovese, Albana, Famoso, Malbo Gentile and Pignoletto, also international vines, such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay.
Sustainability
We have been working on a sustainability path, defining an action plan aimed at improving the sustainable footprint of our activities. Diversification of energy sources, reduction and efficiency in water consumption, supply of raw materials from short supply chains, tree planting: these are just some of the chapters of our integrated plan towards reducing the environmental footprint, which is enriched with new objectives every day and strategies.
