Country House Oliveto sul Lago is a farm stay with pool set in the Bolognese Hills in Varignana, in a unique panoramic position overlooking the valley. The interiors blend contemporary style with timeless charm: open-space finishes, wide windows overlooking the olive grove, a central olive wood fireplace and restored antique furnishings. Upon arrival, the reception with corner bar leads into the living area and the breakfast room, bathed in light from the olive grove-facing window, with an outdoor terrace for al fresco breakfast during the summer months. The 200 sqm garden hosts outdoor events for up to 130 guests, while the infinity pool with solarium is open from 1st May to 30th September.

The panoramic swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September. Use is free for farm guests.

Country House Oliveto sul Lago produces and offers a superior quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained from four Monocultivar varieties – Brisighella DOP, Vargnano, Stiffonte and Pandesco BIO – and two organic Multivarietali blends: Cabianca BIO and Lafonte. The Agrivar winery at Palazzo di Varignana cultivates native Emilian grape varieties (Sangiovese, Albana) alongside international ones (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay), all available for on-site tastings.
